Democrat New Jersey gubernatorial candidate Mikie Sherrill declared Saturday she is going to “be sure that we have no voter intimidation and any try to intimidate folks from voting” after the Justice Division stated it could ship federal election watchers to her state subsequent month.

The Justice Division stated Friday it “will monitor polling websites in six jurisdictions forward of the upcoming November 4, 2025, common election to make sure transparency, poll safety, and compliance with federal legislation.”
