SACRAMENTO — Gov. Gavin Newsom on Thursday introduced a plan to supply $11 insulin pens by means of the state’s pharmaceutical enterprise.

Starting Jan. 1, customers should purchase a five-pack of pens for a advised worth of $55, based on the governor’s workplace. The packs can be obtainable to California pharmacies for $45.
