Pentagon investigates Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly after he appeared in Democrats' video

The Pentagon says it is opening an investigation into Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly within the wake of a video of Democratic lawmakers urging servicemembers to not adjust to “unlawful orders.”
