F1 Movie’s Awards Triumph

The 2025 film F1, starring Brad Pitt and Damson Idris, earned four Oscar nominations: Best Picture, Best Film Editing, Best Sound, and Best Visual Effects. It clinched the Best Sound category, with the acceptance speech giving a nod to Hamilton.

Released in June 2025, the movie has shattered records as the highest-grossing sports film, surpassing $630 million worldwide. Its accolades include a recent Grammy for Chris Stapleton’s song ‘Bad As I Used To Be’ and a BAFTA for Best Sound.

Hamilton co-produced the project and appeared in a cameo role.

Chinese Grand Prix Commitments

Hamilton prioritized the Chinese Grand Prix, finishing third behind winner Kimi Antonelli and George Russell. This marked his first podium finish with Ferrari on his 26th attempt for the team.

The event in Shanghai created logistical challenges, with a 12.5-hour flight and 15-hour time difference making attendance at the Los Angeles Oscars impossible. Hamilton noted that he explored every option to make the trip but ultimately could not.

Rumored Romance with Kim Kardashian

Speculation links Hamilton to Kim Kardashian, with the pair reportedly starting a private relationship. Rumors surfaced in late January after they checked into the luxury Estelle Manor hotel in the Cotswolds with a motorcade.

They appeared together at the Super Bowl in early February at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, drawing attention in the stands. Kardashian, a regular at the Oscars, might have joined Hamilton on the red carpet had his racing schedule allowed.
