President Donald Trump took a victory a lap on Friday after the Supreme Courtroom restricted nationwide injunctions issued by decrease court docket judges in opposition to his government order to successfully finish birthright citizenship.

Trump and Bondi, although, praised the court docket’s conservative majority for limiting a federal decide’s energy to dam a president’s coverage nationwide. Justice Amy Coney Barrett argued solely the Supreme Courtroom can present such common reduction.
