Law enforcement officials and emergency crews in jap Massachusetts had been out in full power on Thursday morning, performing rescues and blockading impassable roads as flash flooding hammered the realm.

The Nationwide Climate Service issued a flash flood warning for a lot of counties, warning off rainfall charges of up 2 inches per hour.

A Boston 25 photographer captured the second a pair of Braintree law enforcement officials rescued a person and carried him to security after his automobile turned stranded in rising floodwaters within the space of Granite Avenue.

In a put up on X, Braintree police wrote, “Braintree departments step up throughout unprecedented storm. Our city departments are out in full power, working tirelessly to maintain residents secure throughout this historic storm.”
