Stefon Diggs’ former chef had a strong message for Cardi B amid news that she and the NFL star are back together.
“The way he treated you when you were pregnant, the way he talked to you when you were pregnant,” Mila Adams began in a video uploaded to Instagram on Monday, May 11. “The way that the same people that [have] defended him in this, know how he treated you while you were pregnant and how he was to you while you were pregnant will always be something I will never understand.”
She continued, “The way he treated you in the delivery room, the way he treated you after the baby. The same person that abused you abused me. And our text messages show how he belittled you, how he spoke to you.”
Diggs, 32, and Cardi, 33, welcomed a son in November 2025. The following month, Adams alleged Diggs assaulted her during a financial dispute. The wide receiver was found not guilty of felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery in a trial that ended on May 5.
“I was put in a horrible situation,” Adams wrote in the caption to her video. “You didn’t deserve any of this, but it happened to you too & you were pregnant. Nothing I said at court was targeted at you, people know exactly what they do.”
“Cardi You know I didn’t lie,” she added. “You know exactly who he really is. He did it to you.”

Us Weekly has reached out to representatives for Diggs and Cardi for comment.
Though Diggs and Cardi split shortly before his New England Patriots played in the 2026 Super Bowl, the rapper initially defended him against Adams’ allegations.
“Not once has that woman said anything to me about being touched.. NOT ONCE!!” she wrote in a now-deleted post via X in January 2026. “Mind you, we was talking every single day until she left that house and she JUST wrote me this.. but I’m gonna let the courts handle s**t and when it gets handled I want all yall talkin s*** on your f****n knees with apologies just as loud the way yall been harassing over a lie.. and I put that on my two month old son in the name of the lord!! That’s how confident I am.”
Us exclusively reported on Monday that she and Diggs are “giving things another shot.”
“She is giving him a second chance but is not fully committing to him,” a source told Us.
“They’ve been in closer contact lately. Things are no longer contentious,” the insider added. “She still has love for Stefon, which makes it difficult to walk away.”
