Chat Group Allegations Surface in Court

Prosecutors stated Jennings participated in multiple extreme right-wing social media groups where he allegedly promoted violence. Court documents indicate he encouraged others to replicate the actions of Christchurch attacker Brenton Tarrant and discussed using Molotov cocktails against migrant vessels.

“The defendant explicitly advocated killing migrants upon their arrival by boat,” the prosecution team revealed during procedural hearings at the Old Bailey.

Additional Terrorism-Related Charges

Jennings faces further accusations including disseminating terrorist publications such as Anders Breivik’s manifesto, The Anarchist’s Cookbook, and The White Resistance Manual. Authorities also charged him with possessing material related to “The Great Replacement” conspiracy theory for terrorist purposes.

Legal Proceedings Timeline Set

Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb confirmed the case will move to Leicester Crown Court. A plea hearing is scheduled for April 24, 2025, with a provisional two-week trial beginning January 4, 2027.

Jennings, who only confirmed his identity during proceedings, remains on bail pending future court dates.
