Authorities on the Caribbean island of Tobago say they’re investigating the dying of an American man who was discovered fatally stabbed on Wednesday.
The sufferer was recognized as Christopher Brown, 42, of Silverthorne, Colorado, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service informed ABC Information.
