United States immigration authorities have arrested not less than 450 folks in a raid on a Hyundai manufacturing website in Georgia, federal officers confirmed Friday.

The Hyundai facility, positioned in Ellabell, Georgia — roughly 30 miles west of Savannah — was raided “as a part of an ongoing legal investigation into allegations of illegal employment practices and different severe federal crimes,” in line with an announcement from a public affairs officer with the Division of Homeland Safety.

Consular officers have been despatched to the plant and native diplomatic missions have been advised to arrange a job pressure to deal with points associated to the raid.
