Streamer Felix “xQc” recently went live and reviewed Trainwreckstv’s recent Valorant ban. For context, Train is a popular Kick streamer who is recognized for his desktop streams, where he often plays video games. On one occasion, while queuing with four other players in a five-player team lobby in Valorant, Train was issued a ban for ‘manipulating his rank’ on the game.

For context, Trainwreckstv, Ascendant, was reportedly in a lobby with three Immortal-ranked players. This mix ultimately led to a 31-day suspension. On May 8, 2026, Train read the ban message on his stream:

“Player reports and an automated gameplay review indicate that this account has manipulated its own rank or the rank of others with suspicious shifts in skill and unfair play, which breaks our user rules.”

Later, with Felix, Train suggested that the ban was targeted because he’s “bad at the game”:

“Every pro I’ve talked to all agree that this is a targeted … ban. It doesn’t even make sense. A 31-day ban for being bad at the game is crazy. This is embarrassing for me… The most inclusive gaming company banned me for being bad and underperforming. Cheaters, stream-snipers, and wallers get 20-hour bans. I got a 31- day ban?”

Later, on X, xQc shared a message defending Trainwreckstv, tagging Riot Games and Valorant Support:

“How is this employee of your company talking to dedicated players this way @riotgames @RiotSupport @VALORANT. The terms of service AND live support on the website state that @Trainwreckstv was within the TOS.”

Notably, the Riot employee in question goes by “GamerDoc” on Discord. In a Discord message, GamerDoc claims Train’s ban will not “be reverted,” considering the streamer’s situation is “a clear-cut case of him getting carried by players above his skill”:

“My guy Trainwrecks was getting carried every game. There was nothing fun about it… the guy playing on an account he doesn’t know, and Trainwrecks underperforming does not help his case… neither will the ban be reverted… It’s a clear-cut case of him getting carried by players above his skill.”

Felix called out GamerDoc, accusing him of being on a “power trip” and being “completely off the rails.”

xQc cites Valorant queuing rules amidst Trainwreckstv’s ban

To support his stance, Felix shared screenshots of Valorant’s queuing rules, which noted that:

“…full parties of 5 are allowed with no ranked restrictions. That means you can play with 4 of your friends no matter what your skill levels are. You could have a team of 3 Irons and 2 Ascendants as long as you queue up and play together as a party of 5.”

Further, according to the official Valorant Support website, penalties come in the form of Rank Rating (RR) reductions (amounting to 25%) “if one or more members of your 5-stack group are Immortal 1 to Immortal 3,” like in Train’s case.

As of this writing, Valorant Support has not responded to xQc’s query.

In other news, popular Valorant streamer Mooda was accused of cheating in Rainbow Six.
