MBC’s music program Music Core is drawing backlash after a solo fancam featuring San from ATEEZ disappeared from its YouTube channel shortly after broadcast. The clip, which followed the group’s stage for their new title track Adrenaline, was taken down within hours. Online discussion quickly linked the removal to visible “sweat” during the performance.
Light marks appeared on his pale shirt, something viewers noted after watching the full footage. Many pointed out the recording likely came from a later run-through. MBC, however, has not confirmed the reason behind the takedown. The silence has fueled confusion across fan spaces.
“Shame on them. idols are human too,” an X user commented.
Many are remarking that idols are human too. They say that ATEEZ’s routines are fast-paced and physically demanding, making sweat a predictable result.
Calls for the fancam to be reuploaded continue to emerge.
