The Miami Marlins will reinstate right-hander Edward Cabrera from the 15-day injured record to start out Tuesday’s sport at Philadelphia.

Marlins supervisor Clayton McCullough on Monday confirmed to MLB.com the approaching return of Cabrera, who landed on the IL on Sept. 1 (retroactive to Aug. 31) with an elbow pressure.
