Man mauled to loss of life by pit bulls in L.A. County yard, police say

A person was killed by a pair of pit bulls in a yard assault in Lancaster on Saturday evening, authorities mentioned.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies responded to a name about 10:30 p.m. reporting an animal assault on twenty second Avenue East. When authorities arrived, they discovered a person mendacity bloodied behind the house, mentioned Deputy Maria Lucero.

The canines that attacked him have been blocking the doorway to the yard, stopping deputies and paramedics from serving to the person.

A deputy shot and killed one of many pit bulls, permitting paramedics in. The person was taken to a hospital, the place he died, Lucero mentioned.

The sufferer’s identification has not but been launched. It’s not clear if he lived on the dwelling or was visiting.

L.A. County Animal Management took 4 different canines from the property. It was not instantly clear what would occur to the canines. Nobody was arrested in reference to the incident.
