Grocery supply service Instacart will pay $60 million in client refunds to settle a lawsuit over illegal techniques, the Federal Commerce Fee (FTC) shared on Thursday.

The FTC lawsuit claimed that Instacart engaged in a number of misleading strategies, together with:

  • Falsely promoting “free supply” to clients’ first order once they truly wanted to pay a service price as a lot as 15 p.c
