Above the Clouds is a small region with a single fishing pool, located far beneath the cloudy parts of the island. This region is accessible through Castaway Cliffs, provided you have access to the Hang Glider from the Mysterious Songstress’ quests. The fishing pool can be accessed from the borders of the region.
As mentioned earlier, the region features four new fish: one Common, one Uncommon, one Rare, and one Mythical. Listed below are the four fish found in the area:

The tricky part of fishing in the Above the Clouds region is the location of the fishing pool. Located far below the island, your fishing line will not be able to reach the pool. Most fishing rods will struggle to reach the pool, unless their line distance is higher than 220 meters. So, you will likely need the Long Enchantment on your fishing rod to be able to catch any of the four fish.
You can apply the Long Enchantment using a regular Enchant Relic at the Statue of Sovereignty. The odds of this occurring are quite low, considering the number of possible Enchantments that you may land on while using an Enchant Relic.
