The Miami Dolphins fired head coach Mike McDaniel on Thursday morning after 4 seasons.
The Dolphins began the 2025 season with six losses in seven video games, fired common supervisor Chris Grier in October and proprietor Stephen Ross opted to delay a choice on McDaniel till after the season.
Miami completed with a 7-10 file.
McDaniel, 42, posted a 35-33 file with a pair of postseason appearances in his first two years with the workforce. He signed a three-year contract extension in August 2024.
