‘Breaking Unhealthy’ actor Raymond Cruz won’t be charged in parking dispute, prosecutors say

Actor and former “Breaking Unhealthy” antagonist Raymond Cruz won’t be charged after his automotive wash confrontation, authorities say.

Cruz was held in police custody for 5 hours final month after three girls accused the actor of deliberately spraying them with water whereas washing his automotive in entrance of his Silver Lake dwelling.

The Los Angeles metropolis lawyer’s workplace mentioned Wednesday in an e-mail that prosecutors declined to file felony prices in opposition to Cruz. The workplace didn’t present a purpose for the choice.

Cruz’s agent beforehand advised The Instances that the actor was washing his automotive when a gaggle of three girls parked inside a foot of his automobile. Cruz first requested the ladies to maneuver at the least a foot away from the automotive to keep away from getting them moist, mentioned Raphael Berko of Media Artist Group.
