Dutch bike owner Marianne Vos received the opening stage of the ladies’s Tour de France with a late assault on Saturday. Pauline Ferrand-Prévot appeared set to win the stage, however the Frenchwoman couldn’t stand up to the late surge from Vos, who punched the air together with her left fist as she crossed the road.
