The previous prez shared video of the candy interactions on social media, saying … “Forward of Veterans Day, I used to be honored to welcome a flight of veterans and their households as they arrived in DC.”

Obama added … “To all those that bravely served our nation, thanks to you and your loved ones to your extraordinary service. The sacrifices that every one of you’ve gotten made to guard our nation can be honored, right now and every single day.”

Onboard, Obama grabbed the intercom and thanked the vets for his or her service and sacrifice.

The journey to D.C. was organized by the Honor Flight Community, a nonprofit that flies vets and their households to our nation’s capital to go to monuments across the metropolis.
