Anya Taylor-Joy recently opened up about her relationship with husband Malcolm McRae during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show. She shared how they met in a music studio, discovering they share the same birthday, April 16.
“We met in a music studio and he’s like, I do. I love him. We’re born on the same day. So that was the first thing he ever said to me,” she recalled. “He was like, ‘When’s your birthday?’ And I was like, ‘April 16th.’ He’s like, ‘I knew it.'”
The Queen’s Gambit star gushed, “I love him so much… I’m so lucky.” Reflecting on their bond, she added, “My dad once told me when I was a kid that you’re not looking for another half to make you whole, that you are whole.
