Alabama authorities on Monday referred to as the demise of a toddler inside a scorching automotive a tragic accident after a contractor for the state Division of Human Assets allegedly had “forgotten that the kid was within the car.”

Keterrius Sparks, a 3-year-old from Bessemer, was pronounced useless early Tuesday night after he was discovered inside a scorching automotive within the 1500 block of Pine Tree Drive in Birmingham, the Birmingham Police Division mentioned in an announcement.
