Lancaster man accused of killing spouse in August extradited from Peru

A Lancaster man accused of killing his spouse in August has been efficiently extradited from Peru, the place he’d fled with their three younger sons.

Jossimar Cabrera, 37, arrived at Los Angeles Worldwide Airport on Friday evening after being held within the South American nation since August, in accordance with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division. He was transported to a sheriff’s station and booked on a homicide cost.

The Los Angeles County district legal professional’s workplace charged Cabrera with one depend of homicide after the stays of 33-year-old Sheylla Cabrera, also referred to as Sheylla Lisbet Gutiérrez Rosillo, have been found in Angeles Nationwide Forest on Aug. 16.

After Jossimar Cabrera fled the Southland for Peru along with his kids — he’s from the nation — the boys have been entered into the lacking individuals system. They have been present in Peru and brought into protecting custody.

Peruvian publication Latina Noticias has reported that Sheylla Cabrera instructed a relative that her husband bodily and verbally abused her.
