Steve Witkoff, the U.S. particular envoy to the Center East, will journey to Moscow on Monday, a U.S. official tells Fox Information.

The journey comes as peace talks between Ukraine and Russia present indicators of progress, with the White Home pushing a peace plan to finish the almost four-year-long warfare.
