To the editor: Many lecturers within the California State College system are being informed that, as a result of price range cuts, their lessons are being decreased and sometimes eradicated. As well as, it’s more durable for departments to rent new tenure-track school.

Nonetheless, I suppose high executives can nonetheless afford to present themselves pay raises (“Larger pay authorized for Cal State executives as system struggles to recruit campus presidents,” Nov. 20).

CSU Chancellor Mildred García stated, “We should maintain tempo to draw and retain a talented, numerous and engaged workforce.” It’s a disgrace that her phrases seemingly apply solely to workers making salaries effectively into the six figures.
