Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., was hospitalized on Thursday after he fell close to his residence in Pennsylvania, a spokesperson for the senator stated.

“Throughout an early morning stroll, Senator Fetterman sustained a fall close to his residence in Braddock. Out of an abundance of warning, he was transported to a hospital in Pittsburgh,” the spokesperson stated. “Upon analysis, it was established he had a ventricular fibrillation flare-up that led to Senator Fetterman feeling light-headed, falling to the bottom and hitting his face with minor accidents.”
