Golden Globe-winning actress Sally Kirkland has died, TMZ has discovered.
The heartbreaking information comes after she was placed on hospice at a hospital in Palm Springs over the weekend. Her rep, Michael Greene, advised TMZ she had dementia for the final yr, whereas her GoFundMe web page added that she had taken a nasty fall within the bathe lately and suffered accidents to her ribs and foot.
Sally is survived by her godson and filmmaker Coty Galloway (Baily), three cousins Brookie, Katherine and Tina Kirkland, and a number of other shut buddies.
She was 84.
