Rapper Max B
I am Free!!!
Launched from Jail After 16 Years

Revealed November 9, 2025 7:42 AM PST

Harlem rapper Max B is formally a free man … strolling out of jail after greater than a decade behind bars.

The “Wavy Crockett” rapper was initially sentenced to 75 years in 2009 for his alleged function in a botched New Jersey theft that turned lethal. However Max’s conviction was later overturned, and in 2016, he struck a plea deal for aggravated manslaughter, drastically decreasing his time.

Max teased his launch earlier this yr, calling into The Joe Budden Podcast to say, “We received a date! I’ve received November 9, 2025, child!”

His longtime buddy and collaborator French Montana confirmed the information on Instagram Sunday, posting a celebratory message … “CANT MAKE THIS UP ! MY BROTHER REALLY CAME HOME ON MY B DAY ! HAMDULILLAH 🤲🏼
WALKED IT DOWN ! NO MORE FREE YOU 🌊 🌊 🌊”
