Police investigating dying of ‘full-term toddler’ discovered close to USC campus

Police are investigating the dying of an toddler discovered not removed from the USC campus on Monday morning.

About 1:30 a.m. Los Angeles police have been dispatched to the 3100 block of McClintock Avenue, mentioned Officer Jeff Lee.
