An Indiana lady was reported lacking final week following a “suspicious” hearth in her home, authorities stated. 

Britney Gard, 46, was final seen the evening of Sept. 30, in keeping with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Workplace. She is taken into account a lacking endangered particular person “as a consequence of her unknown whereabouts,” the sheriff’s workplace stated.

Authorities responded to her house on Oct. 1, following a 911 name for a hearth at her house in Bainbridge, positioned about 40 miles west of Indianapolis, the sheriff’s workplace stated. Smoke was reported coming from the residence round 7:40 p.m., the workplace stated.
