Shane Tamura, who drove cross-country from Las Vegas and opened fireplace on the New York headquarters of the NFL, killing 4, had CTE, the New York Metropolis Workplace of the Chief Medical Examiner mentioned Friday, confirming what was within the shooter’s personal writings.
