The Miami Marlins will reinstate right-hander Edward Cabrera from the 15-day injured record to start out Tuesday’s sport at Philadelphia.

Marlins supervisor Clayton McCullough on Monday confirmed to MLB.com the approaching return of Cabrera, who landed on the IL on Sept. 1 (retroactive to Aug. 31) with an elbow pressure.

Cabrera threw three innings in a simulated sport on Sept. 17 and reached 97 mph together with his fastball, per MLB.com.

Cabrera, 27, is 7-7 with a 3.57 ERA in 24 begins this season. In 5 seasons with the Marlins, Cabrera is 24-29 with a 4.09 ERA in 87 appearances (85 begins).
