President Donald Trump on Sunday stated overseas staff despatched to america are “welcome” and he doesn’t wish to “frighten off” buyers, 10 days after a whole bunch of South Koreans had been arrested at a piece web site in Georgia.

In a put up on his Fact Social platform, the 79-year-old Republican wrote: “I don’t wish to frighten off or disincentivize funding.”

Some 475 folks, largely South Korean nationals, had been arrested on the building web site of an electrical car battery manufacturing unit, operated by Hyundai-LG, within the southeastern US state of Georgia on September 4.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers alleged South Koreans had overstayed their visas or held permits that didn’t enable them to carry out guide labor.

The Georgia raid was the most important single-site operation carried out since Trump launched a sweeping immigration crackdown throughout the nation.
