Sure. Thanks, Mike. Simply — I have been with the corporate for nearly 14 years now, largely with company improvement and actual property for the entire time. My earlier function, simply as a strategy to set it as much as reply your query. My earlier function was working all company improvement for our EMEA area and earlier than that for the Americas area. And actual property was embedded inside these company improvement groups.
