World leaders react after Trump says U.S. has bombed 3 nuclear websites in Iran, together with Fordo

World leaders reacted to President Donald Trump’s announcement Saturday that the U.S. had carried out a “very profitable assault” on three nuclear websites in Iran, together with Fordo.

“That is an HISTORIC MOMENT FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ISRAEL, AND THE WORLD. IRAN MUST NOW AGREE TO END THIS WAR,” Trump posted on Reality Social.

Here is how world leaders reacted after the assault.

Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu mentioned “Trump’s daring determination will change historical past.” Talking minutes after the assault, Netanyahu mentioned, “President Trump and I usually say: ‘Peace by means of energy.’ First comes energy, then comes peace. And tonight, Donald Trump and the US acted with a whole lot of energy,”

In the meantime, United Nations Secretary-Common Antonio Guterres on Saturday warned that the U.S. strikes on Iran symbolize a harmful escalation in an already unstable area, posing a severe menace to world peace and safety.

Mexico’s Ministry of Overseas Affairs known as for a diplomatic dialogue on X: “The ministry urgently requires diplomatic dialogue for peace between the events concerned within the Center East battle. In line with our constitutional rules of overseas coverage and our nation’s pacifist conviction, we reiterate our name to de-escalate tensions within the area.
