The California mother and father accused of falsely claiming that their 7-month-old son was kidnapped from a retailer parking zone have been charged Tuesday with homicide.

Rebecca Renee Haro, 41, and Jake Mitchell Haro, 32, have been arraigned at a Riverside County courtroom on expenses of homicide and making a false police report, courtroom data present.
