Australian Nick Kyrgios withdrew from the U.S. Open for the third straight 12 months on Thursday.

Wrist, ankle and knee accidents have saved the previous Wimbledon finalist largely out of motion since 2023.

Kyrgios, 30, is simply 1-4 in singles matches this season and has dropped to No. 644 within the ATP rankings.
