Georgia decide flubs verdict studying, tells defendant he’s responsible

A Fulton County decide misspoke whereas studying a defendant’s verdict in a Georgia courtroom Friday, telling him he was responsible when the jury deemed him not responsible.

Alton Oliver was on trial over the 2022 killing of a Fulton County deputy and confronted six counts, together with three of homicide, NBC affiliate WXIA of Atlanta reported.
