A New York state man was criminally charged for allegedly stalking and harassing family members of slain healthcare CEO Brian Thompson, authorities mentioned Wednesday.

Shane Daley, 40, was arrested and accused of “sending harassing and threatening voicemail messages to a member of the family of murdered UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson,” based on a press release by federal prosecutors in Albany.

The menacing calls have been made between Dec. 4 and Dec. 7 final 12 months within the hours simply after Thompson was gunned down within the Midtown neighborhood of New York Metropolis.
