Wiebes claims Tour de France fourth stage, Vos maintains lead

Bicycle owner Lorena Wiebes of the Netherlands claimed her second consecutive stage victory on the girls’s Tour de France fourth spherical on Tuesday, beating fellow countrywoman and competitors chief Marianne Vos.
