Ineos Grenadiers’ Thymen Arensman in motion throughout stage 14 – Biking – Tour de France – Stage 14 – Pau to Superbagneres – Pau, France – July 19, 2025

Thymen Arensman collected his second stage win of this 12 months’s Tour de France in Friday’s abbreviated mountainous Stage 19 trek to La Plagne.

The 25-year-old Dutchman, who additionally gained Stage 14, completed the journey from Albertville two seconds forward of Jonas Vingegaard of Denmark and Tadej Pogacar of Slovenia.

Pogacar, the three-time and defending champion, retained the yellow jersey and holds a 4:24 lead over Vingegaard approaching Sunday’s end in Paris. Germany’s Florian Lipowitz is in third, greater than 11 minutes behind.

Initially scheduled for 129.9 kilometer, Friday’s stage was shortened to 95 kilometers. Organizers canceled two of the 5 deliberate climbs in an effort to keep away from a herd of diseased cattle.

Saturday’s penultimate Stage 20 is a hilly 184.2-kilometer trek from Nantua to Pontarlier.
