Famed rapper Aubrey Graham, famously known as Drake, released three albums on Friday: “Iceman,” “Maid of Honour” and “Habibti”. It’s the first time that the rapper-singer has released a studio album since 2023, with “For All the Dogs”. After the release, there was a post online that went viral regarding an alleged diss on LA Lakers guard Bronny James.
Posted by NBA Centel, they claimed that one of the songs from the Iceman album was a shot at James. The satire page did not mention which song it was, however. On the post, it wrote down the lyrics about how Graham’s son, Adonis, outplayed Bronny during a game.
Thanks for the submission!
The NBA star’s father, LeBron James, was reportedly left speechless when he saw it.

“Remember when Adonis gave Bronny buckets for fun? Had LeBron silent in the gym watchin’ his son get done,” NBA Centel posted.
The account, which is well-known for its satirical messages, parodies events occurring across the league. NBA Centel might be referencing the Drake-LeBron James “beef.”
The two have been close friends in the past. Even when the Canadian artist had his stop at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles for his “It’s All a Blur Tour”, the Lakers star famously walked out with the rapper. He was also with Bronny during the famed walkout.
A year later, however, Graham had his well-known beef with rapper Kendrick Lamar. Both artists took shots at each other, releasing song after song. Lamar had his “The Pop Out: Ken & Friends” at Inglewood in June 2024. Celebrities attended the concert, including NBA stars Russell Westbrook and DeMar DeRozan.
James was also seen in attendance, which sparked rumors that the Lakers star and Graham are not on good terms anymore.
The genius behind “Hotline Bling” unfollowed the four-time champion on social media and reportedly covered a tattoo he had of James. In September 2025, the four-time MVP downplayed any narrative of him having beef with Graham. He had an interview with Speedy Morman of Complex, and the Lakers star said that he and the GRAMMY-winning artist are in “different places.”
Drake Seemingly Took a Shot at LeBron James in One of His New Songs
Although Bronny James did not catch a stray from Drake, his father wasn’t so safe. Before his albums were released, his song “Make Them Remember” from his Iceman album was leaked online.
Fans believe that there was a specific part where Graham seemingly took a shot at the Lakers star.
“I shouldn’t even be shocked to see you in that arena. Because you always made your career for switching teams up. … Please stop asking what’s going on with 23 and me, I’m a real n***a and he’s not.”
Drake has also changed some lyrics of his songs that referenced James. In his song “Nonstop,” the musical artist rapped “How I go from six to 23 but not LeBron, man” during his concert in Perth, Australia. Originally, the song went “How I go from six to 23 like I’m LeBron.”
