Video footage captures President Donald Trump missing several consecutive golf putts while playing with schoolchildren during a Presidential Physical Fitness Test event on the White House lawn.
Reviving a Long-Dormant Tradition
The gathering took place on Tuesday, May 5, where students and athletes joined President Trump to participate in the revived program. This initiative, which had been discontinued over a decade ago under former President Barack Obama, aims to promote physical fitness among youth.
“We’re bringing it back,” Trump stated during an Oval Office ceremony. “My administration is working very hard to defend America’s cherished athletic traditions and pass our values of excellence and competitiveness to the next generation.”
During the outdoor demonstration, Trump mingled with the group and attempted to showcase his skills on the putting green, drawing attention as the putts repeatedly missed the mark.
