The Married to Medicine cast is ready for a dose of questioning by Andy Cohen.
Us Weekly can exclusively reveal the first look at the season 12 reunion special, which is set to premiere on Sunday, March 22.
Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Toya Bush-Harris, Quad Webb, Dr. Mimi Sanders, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Angel Love Davis and Brandi Milton are ready to dissect another unforgettable season.
One shocking scene appears to take place between Dr. Jackie and Dr. Simone as their long-term friendship seems to be on life support.
“We are never going to end up back together again,” Dr. Simone says through tears. “Don’t want to, can’t do it.”
Dr. Simone is also upset with Dr. Heavenly for the comments she has made about her marriage in various confessional interviews throughout the season.
“The difference between you and I is my husband is too good to me,” Dr. Heavenly shares. Dr Simone replies, “[With] my husband, we got married because we chose to. Not because I was pregnant.”
The season 12 reunion will also allow Quad the opportunity to speak about her split from Kirk King. In February, the Bravo star confirmed to TMZ that she quietly broke up with her boyfriend at the end of 2025.

“While our time together encompassed many meaningful moments, that chapter of my life has now concluded,” Quad said in a statement at the time. “I wish him well. In 2026, I am focused on moving forward with clarity and purpose. Thank you for your support.”
At one point in the trailer, Andy asks, “What led to the breakup?”
In true Married to Medicine fashion, the ladies aren’t the only ones getting involved in the drama. The husbands are also invited to the reunion, with Dr. Eugene Harris and Steve Sanders getting into it backstage.
“I see what you do. I see who you are,” Steve says in a tense discussion. “You’re Eugene Bush.”
Before the reunion comes to an end, Dr. Heavenly will seemingly address her future with the show.
As the dentist continues to run for United States Congress in Georgia’s District 13, some question if she will leave the show if she’s elected.
“I’m not closing any doors, but that’s the thought,” she says. Dr. Contessa replies, “So this is goodbye?”
