Happy New Music Friday! The weekend is here, which means more streaming, new playlists and the best that music has to offer — and ET has you covered for everything in between.

Jennifer Lopez returned last weekend to Las Vegas for two sold out dates of her residency, Jennifer Lopez: Up All Night Live in Las Vegas at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. She opened the show with her new song with David Guetta, “Save Me Tonight,” which is her biggest streaming debut of her career. Jennifer is back tonight and tomorrow and four more shows until March 28. ET got an exclusive behind the scenes tour with Jennifer where she opened up about being in her happy era. She shared, “I call it my happy era because for the first time in my life, I feel very free. I feel very joyful. I’m very aware of things that I have learned along the way. I’m very grateful. I just wake up everyday with a smile on my face. It’s a different life now than it was a few years ago.”

CBS and Dick Clark Productions announced the 52nd American Music Awards will air live coast-to-coast from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25 on CBS and stream on Paramount+. The AMAs will honor the most influential artists and songs of today, alongside performances and special moments. The world’s largest fan-voted award show announced its 50 categories. Nominations will be announced on April 14 and the awards announced its 50 categories

Billboard announced that EJAE, AUDREY NUNA and REI AMI of KPop Demon Hunters will receive the prestigious 2026 Women of the Year Award at the Women in Music event. Keke Palmer will host the event taking place April 29 at Hollywood Palladium and other previously announced honorees include Ella Langley, Kehlani, Laufey, Mariah the Scientist, Tate McRae, Teyana Taylor, Thalia, and Zara Larsson.

iHeartMedia announced that Ludacris will host and perform at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards. He will also receive the Landmark Award which honors artists whose portfolio has shaped culture across multiple decades. Miley Cyrus will be honored with the Innovator Award, given to an artist who is continuously contributing to pop culture and the music industry. Alex Warren will perform and receive the Breakthrough Artist of the Year Award, which celebrates his remarkable rise and record-shattering achievements. Lainey Wilson and RAYE will take the stage and TLC, Salt-N-Pepa, and En Vogue will perform for the first time together. The awards will air live from Dolby Theatre March 26 on FOX.

The Pussycat Dolls will officially return to the global stage with the announcement of their highly anticipated 2026 North America, Europe and U.K. Tour, PCD FOREVER. The tour marks the 20th anniversary of the group’s debut album, PCD. Promoted by Live Nation, the 53-date run will kick off on June 5 and include a special headlining performance at WeHo Pride’s OUTLOUD Music Festival. Lil’ Kim and Mya will join as special guests in North America and Lil’ Kim will be featured in the U.S. and Europe. In anticipation for their reunion tour, The Pussycat Dolls’ classic albums PCD and Doll Domination will be reissued on May 8 and they released a new song “Club Song” out now.

Jelly Roll officially joined the Grand Ole Opry family this week and was inducted by his close friend and fellow Opry member Lainey Wilson. Craig Morgan, Leanne Morgan and ERNEST also helped Jelly Roll celebrate. In a full circle moment, Sheriff Daron Hall and Davidson County Juvenile Correctional Professional Yolanda Hockett were in attendance and were thanked from the stage by Jelly for their belief and guidance since he encountered both in his time serving at the juvenile center, as well as members from the Judge Dinkins Educational Center, who Jelly currently works with to support and empower undeserved youth. Jelly Roll was wearing a cross that belonged to Johnny Cash that was given to him by Cash’s son John Carter Cash.
