Rhyan’s Proven Versatility

Rhyan, a third-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, ranks among the Packers’ most adaptable interior linemen. He has lined up at all three interior positions during his career and ended the most recent season as the starting center, stepping in for the injured Elgton Jenkins.

Career Progression and Stats

Midway through last season, Rhyan questioned his future with Green Bay for 2026. However, Jenkins’ broken ankle opened the door at center, where Rhyan started seven games. He also started four games at right guard that year. In 2024, Rhyan anchored right guard for all 17 regular-season games. Over his first two seasons, he appeared in 13 games without a start.

Now 25, Rhyan’s extension solidifies the Packers’ interior line depth.

Roster Implications

The Packers likely shift focus away from Jenkins, who enters the final year of his contract and faces trade or release speculation.
