Russian forces struck Kharkiv with a newly deployed cruise missile called Izdeliye-30, killing at least 10 people and wounding 16 others in a residential building, regional authorities report. This subsonic air-launched weapon, recently introduced into service, features a 1,500km range and an advanced satellite navigation system designed to resist jamming.
