The verdict came hours after jurors began deliberations in the two-week trial over the 2023 killings. Felix pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Trial Evidence

Evidence showed Felix spent several days at the rooming house consuming crack cocaine and alcohol before the shootings. He later confessed to his ex-girlfriend that he fired shots inside one of the units.

Victims Named

The victims include Crystal Beardy, 34; her sister Stephanie Beardy, 33; Melelek Lesikel, 29; Dylan Lavallee, 41; and Shawn Marko, 56.

Prosecution and Defense Arguments

Prosecutors argued Felix acted out of paranoia during the incident. The defense claimed he was set up as part of a scheme orchestrated by his late father.
