President Trump is ramping up his criticism of Russian President Vladimir Putin and said he’s considering a sanctions bill. Mr. Trump on Tuesday also said he wants weapons shipments to resume to Ukraine. It comes as Russia steps up attacks on civilian targets in Kyiv as the White House tries to broker a ceasefire deal.
