Channel A aired the final two episodes (11 and 12) of its romance drama Positively Yours on February 21 and 22, 2026. Written by So Hae-won and helmed by Kim Jin-seong, the series adapts a hit Naver Webtoon story created by Lee Jung.
Positively Yours centers on two adults who have long turned their backs on romance. Choi Jin-hyuk portrays Kang Du-jun, a work-driven chaebol heir, while Oh Yeon-seo plays Jang Hui-won, an independent and strong-willed woman.
Their lives take an unexpected turn after a single night brings them into each other’s orbit. By the end of the series, Du-jun and Hui-won get married and find their happy ending with their daughter.
Positively Yours episodes 11-12 finale recap: Du-jun and Hui-won welcome a new beginning
Episodes 11 of Positively Yours begin with rising tension at the company award ceremony. Du-jun’s sister-in-law Jeong-eum publicly claims that Hui-won has won the prize due to receiving special treatment from Du-jun.
She tells the crowd that Hui-won is Du-jun’s girlfriend and the mother of his child, even calling her “sister-in-law.” Her accusations create a disturbance among the audience, who begin questioning the fairness of the results.
Amid the chaos, a stage spotlight suddenly comes loose and falls directly toward Hui-won. Du-jun reacts instantly and shields her, taking the impact on his shoulder. He is rushed to the hospital. Although the injury is not critical and requires no surgery, doctors order him to remain hospitalized.
While Du-jun recovers, Hui-won faces allegations and blame from some coworkers. However, her team, boss and Min-uk openly support her. After learning about her pregnancy, her team even congratulates her. Hui-won regularly visits Du-jun in the hospital and personally feeds him and cares for him.
Jeong-eum, however, refuses to back down. She begins gathering allies and manipulating board members against Du-jun. She calls for a dismissal meeting to remove him from the alcohol company’s board and strip him of his presidency.
Learning of her plan, Du-jun makes the first move. He confronts the board members and threatens to expose the bribes they have taken if they vote for his removal. He promises to stay silent only if they do not support the dismissal.
At the meeting, Jeong-eum’s plan collapses. No one votes to remove Du-jun except her. Shocked and furious, she accuses him of manipulation. Du-jun fires back, reminding her of her own attempts to ruin him, including taking bribes, planting false negative media stories and accuses her for the accident on the awards ceremony. Soon after, Du-jun’s father formally reports Jeong-eum for embezzlement and bribery, leading to her arrest.
Back at the company, Du-jun addresses the controversy surrounding the competition. He announces that the current results will be dismissed and that a new judging committee will be formed to reassess the product ideas. Hui-won proposes holding a public evaluation so consumers themselves can decide the winner. The company agrees and preparations begin.
On the personal front, at Du-jun’s encouragement, Hui-won reconciles with her mother. Her mother expresses happiness about Hui-won’s decision to marry Du-jun and gives her blessing. Hui-won and her mother later meet Du-jun’s parents, who warmly welcome them into the family.
The meeting is suddenly interrupted when Jeong-eum bursts in, insisting she is still part of the family. She bitterly claims she has been ignored and cast aside after her husband’s death. Hui-won’s mother refuses to indulge the outburst. She tells Hui-won she knows her daughter is not someone who will silently endure hardship and wishes the couple well.
However, Jeong-eum remains determined to make Du-jun pay. After being released on bail, she convinces herself that her downfall would not have happened if Du-jun has not existed. Her own daughter warns her to stop or risk losing contact with her but she remains firm.
The conflict escalates in Du-jun’s office parking lot when Jeong-eum attempts to run him over with her car. At that moment, her daughter, Du-jun’s niece, appears beside him and Du-jun quickly shield her from the car.
Seeing her child in danger, Jeong-eum slams the brakes but the incident leads to her hospitalization, while Du-jun and the niece remain safe. Overwhelmed with remorse, Jeong-eum later apologizes to Du-jun and tells him not to forgive her.
Du-jun shares the emotional aftermath of the situation with Hui-won. He then confesses that being with Hui-won feels like a miracle to him. Hui-won agrees that she also feels the same. Moved by the moment, Du-jun proposes her to marry him and Hui-won excitedly accepts. The couple begins planning their wedding and also prepares for their future daughter by buying baby items together.
The story then takes a one-year time jump. Hui-won and Du-jun are now married and living happily with their daughter. Hui-won is excelling in her career and actively marketing her new product, while Du-jun spends much of his time caring for their child. The couple enjoys a date while Hui-won’s mother babysits. Their mother-daughter relationship has fully healed and they have grown closer.
On their daughter’s first birthday, family, friends and colleagues gather for a joyful celebration. Jeong-eum also attends, this time seeking reconciliation and asking the family for forgiveness. The gathering turns warm and lively as everyone laughs and enjoys the moment together.
Watching the celebration, Hui-won becomes emotional. She reflects on the time she first discovers her pregnancy and has believed she is completely alone. However along the journey, she realizes, she has found love, companionship, supportive friends and colleagues, happiness and ultimately a loving family. Overwhelmed by how much her life has changed, she tears up.
As the party continues, everyone gathers for a group photo. Just as they pose, Hui-won suddenly feels nauseous and looks like she might vomit. The unexpected moment shocks everyone, including Hui-won herself, as she realizes she may be pregnant again. With this, episode 12 ends bringing Positively Yours to its conclusion.
Positively Yours season 2 possibility
A season 2 of Positively Yours appears unlikely. The finale neatly resolves the central conflicts of the series with Du-jun and Hui-won getting married, their family arc is complete, and even Jeong-eum’s storyline reaches closure. With the core narrative fully wrapped and no official renewal announced, the drama is unlikely to get another season.
